The front desk staff seems to have memorized what they had to say to the guests and is reading it out in a hurry so that they don't forget it.
They don't listen to what the guests are saying and are just soulless robots who only say what they want to say.
I booked a deluxe suite with a river view and was given a twin room with a river view, but is it because it was a reservation on Trip.com?
